I made the graphic over at picmonkey.com, and I’ve got my fingers crossed that it prints well. I’ll post a picture of the finished product after I give it to him.

I always mention that I own a leather hole punch, but another tool I own is grommet eyelet setting pliers like these here (you can fix shower curtains with them, make curtains, etc…). Easy to follow tutorial from Trash Couture here. *I have never used grommet trim before, but it looks easier than setting each grommet.
